Congrats, Advancing Quality Award Recipients!

The Hillcrest Advancing Quality Award winners for 2025 are Angie Cappellano, Director of Adult Day Services for The Club at Hillcrest Mable Rose, and Jessica Dixon, Registered Nurse for Hillcrest Hospice. Each received a trophy and $2,500. Congratulations to Angie and Jessica on achieving Hillcrest’s highest honor and inspiring people to live their best lives!

The Advancing Quality Award recognizes team members for outstanding performance that supports Hillcrest’s mission and quality goals. Candidates must have completed at least one calendar year of employment (as of Jan. 1) and worked a minimum of 1,300 hours in the prior 12 months to be eligible for the award.
